WHIRLED PEAS

Well the sentiment was correct, it's just the spelling that needs work.  I'm not sure what the round object is. It's about 15' feet  up a utility pole near where I shop. I just couldn't resist the photo. Perhaps if the person(s) that created and put this up should add "and forever." It would be more complete. I'm just grateful that Santa Cruz is a "Nuclear Free Zone". That's a step toward pease isn't it?
