IN 1998 I rafted the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon for 13 days. It was one of the most exciting trips of my life. We had lots of adventures which included hikes into side canyons. This one was particularly beautiful. The Colorado is very cold as it flows through the canyon but side streams are much warmer. It was a great place to jump off the side of the cliffs and relax in the swirling water. If you have a chance to do a Grand Canyon-Colorado River trip, by all means do it. It's a trip of a lifetime.

GRAND CANYON SIDE TRIP
