SANTA CRUZ SMALL CRAFT HARBOR AND SEABRIGHT BEACH

After the big storm yesterday the dredger in the small craft harbor had to be fired up to remove sand that had built up at the mouth. The foam on the right side of the image was washed ashore by the high surf. Spectacular.
