VOLCAN PARINACOTA, CHILE

This was one of the most beautiful places I visited in Chile. The mountain in the foreground is a volcano named Volcan Parinacota. It is 20,833 ft at the summit. The lake is Lago Chungara. It is the 9th highest lake in Chile and the 26th highest in the world. The volcano in the background is Volcan Pomerape. Summit elevation is a mere 17,390 ft. It is located in Bolivia. Chile is, without doubt, the most beautiful country in the world.
