My son and grandson have taken up climbing. They are learning at a local gym called Pacific Edge. It's a great place to hang out and watch people challenge themselves. In my younger days I was a climber. Never used a gym. Didn't have one available. Climbing will introduce yourself to yourself. I found out some very important things about myself while hanging on the side of a cliff at the Pinnacles State Park just east of Soledad, CA. Google the place. It's a very beautiful and challenging place to climb.
