FALL COLOR NEAR MONO LAKE

Autumn, my favorite time of year, near Mono Lake in the Eastern Sierra Mountains. It is the "New England" of California when it comes to vibrant Fall color. This photo was taken near Bodie, California. Bodie is very picturesque as well. The air is clear and brisk during this time of year. It frees my spirit during the day and freezes my butt at night.
