URBAN EGGS

The hens that laid these eggs is easily identifiable by the color and size of their egg. They are a gift from our next-door neighbors. Raised in the middle of our town in a residential neighborhood. It's great to hear the hens cackle as they lay eggs. Feels like I'm back on my boyhood farm in Texas. When was the last time you had a FRESH EGG? They are delicious. Especially when you know the hens were raised with care. Happy(?) hens do lay happy eggs. Groan......but it's true.
