I'm beginning to use my tilt-shift lens again. Even though the cup closest to the lens is in focus, notice that the other cups are as well. Normally a focus on an object this close would make things further away be out of focus. With this type lens, long stretches of a scene can be in focus by tilting or shifting the lens.
