Cool ride! Owner named. Gangster whitewalls. What an interesting looking bike. The whitewalls are actually a high impact plastic. I lifted it up and it was amazingly light. It's in front of a bank and had been for a couple of days. At first I thought that an employee owned it but when I went inside I couldn't see anyone that I thought would be riding it. Very cool bike though.
