Santa Cruz is known for its "weirdness". Cars are a great source of fun through self expression. We have a lot of them here. I've seen this one before but didn't have time to track it or follow it to get a shot or talk to the driver so I'm making some assumptions. It looks like someone is having fun with other peoples heads by driving around in a cab that he has to put on and take off the horns after each shift. I'll see if I can get the whole story later. Just thought you would enjoy seeing it now.

HORNY CABBIE
