The scourge of California. I am a charter member of the "Complete Eradication of Pampas Grass Society". It crowds out huge areas of the state and spreads indiscriminately. What really gets me going is to see some dink driving around with a plume attached to the radio antenna of the car spread the seeds everywhere. Echh.
