QUAKING ASPENS
Aspens in the Mono Lake Basin draw hundreds of photographers and sightseers in October every year. This year the trees were particularly beautiful. They are also known as "quaking aspens" because of the way they appear to quake when the wind rushes through them. I went to this are to attend a photography workshop and thorougly enjoyed the company of several other photographers. Please scroll down and see some of the other photos I took of this area last week.
