SAVE YOURSELF

I had just finished having dinner with a friend in downtown Santa Cruz. We had been discussing our lives and the subject came up about taking care of our families. I had been discussing how important it was to care for ones self in order to care for others. There was some lively discussion and when we walked to our cars there was this "sign" in the most literal way. "Save Yourself". I was astonished as was my good friend Robert. The occasion has had a deep affect on me. "Save Yourself". Not in a selfish way but a caring way.
