Yep. That's the way it is here in California. Of the top 25 cities in America that have over-valued homes, 24 are in California and one in Maryland. Santa Cruz ranks 20th! This "starter" home is near San Luis Obispo in central California along highway 101. Come on out to California. Get a low-paying job or two and reap the benefits of living in the state with the 6th largest economy in the world. We have a great Governer that will kick your ass if you step out of line.
